What we collect
When you register for a ticket we ask for your name, phone number, email address, preferred visit date and number of tickets. If you won the mini-game, we also store your bonus code.
Why we collect it
- To issue and send your entry ticket.
- To enter you in the Saturday prize draw and contact you if you win.
- To let you know about changes to your visit, such as closures due to weather.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers. We only pass it to service providers who help us send tickets, and only as much as they need.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for up to 12 months after your visit, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site stores your mini-game bonus code in your browser so it can be added to your registration. We don't use advertising cookies.
